Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any pk62 intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of pk62. Unauthorised use of pk62 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Pakistani and international law.

Dispute Resolution: In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted to pk62 support in writing, with full details of the issue. pk62 will acknowledge the dispute within 2 Business Days and issue a formal response within 10 Business Days. Players dissatisfied with pk62's resolution may escalate through applicable external dispute mechanisms.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable product-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk62 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
