• Third-Party Game Providers: Aggregated session and gameplay data returned by game providers whose content is hosted on the Platform. This data is used for gaming performance monitoring and responsible gaming purposes.
• KYC Verification Partners: In cases where identity verification is performed with the assistance of a third-party KYC provider, that provider returns a verified/not-verified status and relevant identity confirmation to pk62. The raw document data is handled in accordance with that provider's own data protection standards, which meet or exceed pk62's requirements.

04 Why We Use Your Data

pk62 uses your personal data only for defined, legitimate purposes. We do not process your data in ways that are incompatible with the purposes stated below:

1. Account Creation & Management: To register your account, verify your identity, maintain your player profile, and enable access to all Platform features.
2. Age & Identity Verification (KYC): To confirm that you are aged 21 or above and that your identity matches the payment methods you use, as required under responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations.
3. Payment Processing: To process PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and Cash OTC channels securely and accurately.
4. Gaming Services Delivery: To provide cricket betting, PSL markets, live casino, slot games, and fishing arcade games on the Platform, including real-time odds delivery and game session management.
5. Fraud Prevention & Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, account takeovers, bonus abuse, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct as defined in the pk62 Terms & Conditions.
6. Responsible Gaming: To monitor gaming patterns for indicators of problem gambling, enforce deposit limits and self-exclusion orders, and send responsible gaming communications where warranted.
7. Customer Support: To respond to your enquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain records of support interactions for quality assurance purposes.
8. Legal & Regulatory Compliance: To meet our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and data protection laws.
9. Platform Improvement: To analyse anonymised usage patterns and improve the performance, design, and content of the pk62 Platform.
10. Marketing Communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and pk62 news via your registered email or mobile number — only where you have opted in to receive such communications. You may opt out at any time.

05 Legal Basis for Processing

pk62 processes your personal data on the following legal bases, as applicable to each processing activity:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to fulfil our contractual obligations to you as a registered player — including account management, payment processing, and gaming service delivery.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including KYC, AML, and responsible gaming obligations.

06 Sharing Your Data

pk62 does not sell your personal data to any third party. We share your data only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:

• Payment Partners: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and Cash OTC processing partners receive the minimum necessary data to process your transactions. These partners operate under contractual data protection obligations with pk62.
• KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Where a third-party provider assists with age and identity verification, your submitted KYC documents are shared with that provider under a secure, contractually governed data processing arrangement.
• Game Content Providers: Technical session identifiers (not full personal details) are shared with game providers such as Pragmatic Play and PG Soft to manage your in-game sessions. These providers do not receive your CNIC, financial data, or full contact details.
• Legal and Regulatory Authorities: Where required by applicable Pakistani law, court order, or regulatory directive, pk62 may disclose personal data to the relevant authority. pk62 will notify affected players where legally permissible to do so.
• Fraud Prevention Services: Anonymised or pseudonymised data may be shared with industry-level fraud prevention networks to protect the integrity of the broader gaming ecosystem.

pk62 does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies for retargeting purposes on external websites. 08 Data Retention

pk62 retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply:

• Account Data (active accounts): Retained for the duration of your account's active status plus a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required for AML and regulatory compliance purposes.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of verification or account closure (whichever is later), in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years from the date of each transaction, in line with standard financial record-keeping obligations applicable in Pakistan.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for 3 years from the date of each interaction, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
• Technical & Log Data: Retained for 12 months from the date of collection, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent, plus 12 months following withdrawal of consent, to demonstrate compliance.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely and irreversibly deleted or anonymised in accordance with pk62's data disposal procedures. Anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform improvement purposes, as it can no longer be used to identify you.

09 Your Data Rights

10 Data Security

• TLS Encryption: All data in transit between your device and pk62 servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or higher).

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Players are strongly encouraged to enable SMS-based 2FA on their pk62 accounts. Internal staff access to data systems requires mandatory multi-factor authentication.

11 Children & Minors

The pk62 Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. pk62 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from anyone under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the pk62 registration and KYC process.

If pk62 discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be securely deleted, and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.
